We currently have a unique opportunity for the right individual to join the Charing Cross Hospitals Trust Staff Bank team to promote the best practice in the delivery of staff bank services to the whole of the trust.

If you have previous experience in recruitment and selection for nurse roles as well as being a member of an NMC body, you might be a nurse who is looking for a non-clinical role but would like to use your clinical knowledge? What is this role?
As a Clinical Business Partner for Charing Cross Hospital you will be responsible for building the relationship with the hospital staff at a ward level. You will work closely with the wards to understand their needs for bank shifts and feed this into a recruitment and staffing plan. A big part of your role will also be to develop strong relationships with the hospital staff through weekly ward visits. You will liaise with various contacts and will need to demonstrate a clear and up-to-date understanding of the Trusts needs whilst also documenting these visits.
Another large part of this role is to use Health Roster and Microsoft Excel to report on fill areas, demand needs, analyst skill shortages, areas for growth and managing the clinical side of the complaints procedure alongside the Non clinical Business Partner. As part of this you will be able to influence the development and improvement of the recruitment process for recruiting and assessing specialist Nurses – Band 5 and above.
This is a targeted environment with additional earning potential available so you must be comfortable working towards key Performance Indicators.

What are we looking for?
• Membership of an NMC body
• A trained nurse with experience
• Management experience
• Ideally some experience in recruitment and selection for nurse roles
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Outlook and Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to work independently is essential as are excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical with the ability to identify trends and recommend actions

• Experience of working across a number of clinical disciplines
