Job Purpose:   

  • To provide training support for global public and in-company courses.

  • Responsible for organising and liaising with candidates, venues, trainers, distribution and sales teams to coordinate logistics for the in-company and public training courses around the world.

  • Generate positive business impact through increased effectiveness and efficiency of the team for which they support

  • Assist with the day to day management of the Global Training Academy Services team ensuring SLAs and quality of service are not compromised.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To liaise from start to finish with candidates of the training process, including sending out pre-course work and dealing with any training related queries.

  • To liaise with Distribution, Resource Managers, Course Directors and venues to ensure the smooth running of courses.

  • To manage and keep all courses and delegate qualifications up-to-date through the central CRM system.

  • To invoice all courses and expenses in a timely and efficient manner.

  • To follow, monitor and improve upon all Global Training processes.

  • To undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.

  • Supporting department Manager with weekly/monthly and KPI reporting, ensuring that deadlines are met.

  • Provide initial training to new staff members in line with the induction programme

Requirements:

  • Identifying potential sales opportunities.

  • Consistent level of support in terms of meeting customer needs via agreed SLA’s and KPI’s


Qualifications

Experience

  • Relevant work experience demonstrating strong administration and communication skills.

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a Representative role.

Skills:

  • Good English and Maths GCSEs, additional A-levels (desirable).

  • Advanced knowledge of role-relevant systems.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Language skills appropriate to territory.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
