Client Support & Retention's Manager - USA market

Great opportunity for a Client Support Manager to join this global business at their Head Office in Trafford. This is a key and challenging role as you will be responsible for the retention of USA based clients clients and re-negotiations of contracts.
This is a business to business role where you will be in regular contact with senior decision makers, you will be articulate and confident in all areas of communication as well as a strong rapport builder.

This role is KPI driven so I am looking for someone who thrives working to and achieving targets in return you will be rewarded with an uncapped monthly bonus as well as other company rewards.

In this reactive role you will be handling challenging and demanding discussions based around the clients contract, with your end goal being that you retain the client such as, booking appointments, re-negotiating contractual clauses or proposing new products or services. You will also be required to research and plan for the meetings to ensure your colleagues have a full brief, overview and potential growth opportunities ready for the client meeting.

We are also looking for someone who is flexible towards their working hours as this is supporting the Northern American market you will be required to cover the hours of 13.00-22.00.
