Our Shoreditch based client is looking for a savvy, sociable Client Support Executive. In this role you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service both inbound and outbound, working in a team of 5 for a modern, vibrant fintech, delivering stellar customer care and value to all customers in a fast paced, FCA regulated environment.
Any FX or eMoney experience would be useful as well as experience of posting on social media
In joining the team you’ll bring with you strong customer service acumen, excellent time management skills and a confident, team spirit that will allow you to integrate and collaborate with your colleagues. We are willing to look at a recent graduate or someone with a little more work experience.
Due to our business operating in over 100 countries we are keen to take on a customer focused individual with a second European language - ideally Swedish, Italian, German or Spanish
Key Responsibilities will include responding to client queries via phone, live chat and emails, owning of customer relationships, Identifying and delivering solutions, being proactive with outbound client engagement and engaging customers at every interaction to nurture customer relationships leading to customer loyalty
You will also assist with client Onboarding and KYC
You should be intelligent, calm under pressure and be committed to quality - a good team player who can problem solve with empathy and understanding
Skills in MS Office and CRM and excellent verbal and written English
The working hours are Monday to Friday - with some saturday morning work (from home, lap top supplied, checking laptop and monitoring)
