Working as part of a dedicated, energetic team, you will have a wonderful service ethic and a passion for going the extra mile for your clients. Handling a high volume of calls, you will have fantastic listening and communication skills, a kind yet authoritative telephone manner to be able to deliver compassionate advice, along with the ability to work calmly under pressure whilst being mindful of best practice and legal limitations.
As a Client Support Advisor, a detailed and methodical approach will be vital, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that you can meet strict SLAs. You will also be on hand to provide any further administration support that may be needed by the team.
Previous experience of working in a client-based and fast-paced environment is essential. You will also have achieved C grades or above at GSCE or equivalent in English and Maths. Naturally, in this role, you will have strong IT skills, particularly regarding to CRM packages, and amazing attention to detail.
