Client Support Advisor

Central Employment are delighted to supporting a national provider of marketing solutions to the property industry as they look to appoint a Client Support Advisor.

Client Suppoort Advisor role summary:

Provide support to Clients & regional Business Development Managers in all aspects of our business.You will be a part of our Sales Support team which is continuing to grow rapidly as we expand our client base. Working alongside our team of professionals with full print and creative skillsets your primary focus will be to manage workload and projects effectively whilst recognizing opportunities todevelop relationships and continue to grow our service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include the following yet others may be assigned according to the needs of the business:

-Respond efficiently to all print and creative enquiries

-Accurately quote based on clients requirements and project details supplied

-Manage workload in a fast paced environment and be a point of contact for multiple clients at any one time

-Provide insight to all offerings and apply full knowledge of our products and services

-Work closely with our Business Development Managers, accurately updating on live and completed work

-Take receipt of requests, manage expectations by obtaining and organizing components to deliver a coherent brief to our creative team

-Ensure all creative output meets clients expectations

-Process approved work, ensuring client receives the correct finished product

-Retain accurate log of all work, in progress, scheduled and completed

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required:

-Must be articulate, an understanding of print would be an advantage but not essential

Worked in a fast paced service based office setting or contact centre enviornment

-Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail

-Demonstrate time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and make decisions quickly and independently

-Manage full workload keeping within service levels and KPI`s

-Self-motivated and enthusiastic
