A warm and welcoming organisation who are based in Andover seek an additional Client Support Administrator to complement their team. This full time, contract role offers a salary of 18,000 per year (pro-rata) plus a whole host of employee benefits, monthly incentives and bonus schemes.
The role of Client Support Administrator focuses on the client operational side of the business. You will be working closely with the knowledgeable team of account managers, who are the first port of call for all clients. Your role is to assist the account manager by providing a solid administrative support.
Your daily tasks will include processing of client invoices/applications/inputting relevant data and amending and updating spreadsheets. Although this is predominately and administrative role, you will also be dealing a handful of clients each day to ensure they have all their requests and queries have been acknowledged and dealt with.
To enjoy this role, you must also enjoy being a team player and get on well with people from all levels. You will have lots of interaction with internal and external customers as well as your team.
To be considered for the role of Client Support Administrator, these are the minimum requirements:
- Highly proficient within Microsoft Packages Strong grammatical and numerical skills
- Previous experience at dealing with businesses/clients
- You will also nhave employment history within an administrative role
We are seeking someone who has experience within a professional capacity at working with people on all levels. Although this role is initially a 6-month contract role, there may be further opportunities within the same team or other departments once the contract has ended.
