Our client is a fast growing FinTech based in Central London and we are looking for a dynamic sociable client success manager to join our vibrant team.
In this role you will forge strong relationships with Clients, creating value and delivering successes that drive further company growth.
To be considered you will need to be organised and proactive and have 3+ years experience of working as an account manager/client success manager or in Clinet success, preparing and delivering executive business reviews to Client leadership.
You will also need to have proven ability in building and maintaining strategic B2B relationships, identifying Client needs and fitting them to a product’s proposition, demonstrable metric-based experience at developing programs to increase engagement of customers and experience of working in conjunction with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Product teams
The role reports into the head of marketing.
Other key experience includes having demonstrable project management skills, a track record of hitting and exceeding targets, customer relationshiop management experience, and proactiveness to grow the role. You will also be a self-starter with experience in a high-growth business and be Tech savvy and able to demonstrate a product effectively
Any experience of SAAS product, or data-led product experience, formal project management methodology qualifications or previous experience in a rapidly scaling company would be useful
Payments industry, ewallet, emoney experience would be a great bonus
