Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a self motivated, driven and positive Client Success Executive to join their team.
The Client Success Executive will be responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience to resolve customer account queries. Working closely with the team and the warehouse to ensure all goods and services are processed correctly. You will also maintain and expand relationships with important clients/customers.
Our client is offering a salary of £20,000 plus £1000 bonus.
- Account support
- Create and communicate relevant sales reports
- Provide solutions to customer queries
- Manage back orders and ensure clients are aware of any stock issues
- Daily interaction with customers via phone/email
- Customer service and administration experience
- Self driven, positive and highly motivated
- Personable and positive
- Effective communicator
- Excellent team player
