£45-60k plus package
My client are a leisure company with a varied portfolio of pubs, bars and restaurants across the UK. Since 2012 they have invested more than £100M in their pubs to broaden their appeal, which they combine with flexible leases and market leading support.
They are one of the top 5 pub companies in the UK. As part of this expansion, they have now created a number of new roles to ensure they have got the infrastructure in place to accommodate this expansion.
As part of this expansion they are looking for a dynamic Property Manager to implement a massive investment programme in this region (Oxford, Reading, Slough and Portsmouth are the parameters) of their newly enlarged estate of 3000 pubs.
You'll have responsibility for implementing market leading Capex refurbishments, looking after the major repairs of the pubs in your region and working with the virtual team to ensure that our lessees have a safe environment to operate in, whilst also making sure that the pubs are legally and contractually compliant.
Reporting to the Regional Property Controller, you will be a key member of the Regional team. You will have an open and collaborative nature given the wide range of stakeholders you will be working with, great communication skills and a love of pubs.
The ideal candidate will be from a Project or Property Management background, with a range of qualifications and relevant experience. Leisure or Pub experience would obviously be considered highly desirable, but not an essential.
- Salary in the region of £45/60k depending on experience and qualifications
- Company Car
- Home/Field based, flexible working
- Bonus package up to 20% in addition to the base salary
- Bupa Healthcare, including family member discounts
- 35 days annual holiday
- Double matched pension up to 10%
- Discount on stock
