Client Services Representative / Customer Service Advisor (Mandarin Speaking)

A Mandarin speaking Client Services Representative / Customer Service Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) is needed to join a leading firm of City Stockbrokers. With training on offer expect to be the key liaison for clients in China.

Based in the heart of London's financial district, our client is an established and regulated firm in financial services. Due to continued expansion, they now seek a Mandarin speaking Client Services Representative / Customer Service Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) to join the Chinese Client Services Team.

Reporting to the Head of Chinese Client Services the Mandarin speaking Client Services Representative will be the key contact between the China and UK offices. On a day-to-day basis expect to handle incoming / outgoing calls and emails from clients; resolve client / payment related queries; process client's deposit and withdrawal; monitoring complaints; passing clients over to the sales team; assist with compliance and anything else necessary to ensure a fantastic client experience. In short it will be your job to provide the best customer service possible acting as the first point of contact for clients who require assistance between the China & UK office.

This is a full time permanent role covering night shifts: 23:00 to 08:00 or 00:00 to 09.00.

To qualify… You should be a Mandarin speaking Client Services Representative / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Administrator / Customer Support Advisor or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • You are fluent in Mandarin and English;
  • Experience in a similar Customer Service / Customer Support role ideally within a professional environment;
  • Some experience or exposure to financial services;
  • A calm and polite telephone manner in all circumstances.
