Client Services Officer


To C£30,000 basic plus benefits inc bonus, private healthcare, pension

My client is a leading provider of financial advice in the UK and Europe. This critical role is based in the UK team and supports the servicing process for the sales team in the UK and Europe ensuring frontline staff have all the information they need to compete new business and servicing of the clients .

The Client Services team works closely with the sales offices and is open to support them. The team ensures effective communication between internal business units, clients, investment providers and our advisers, for transactions and at various points throughout the business relationship.

It is essential that you have made progress with the Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent and have work experience in the following areas.

  • Working as an administrator in an IFA or financial services company in the UK
  • Experience processing business - EG pensions, investment and life business
  • Experience in working with product provider platforms such as Fidelity and Transact
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings
  • UK FS regulation

You will need to show strong communication skills, demonstrate ability to work in a team, have time management and organisational skills and enjoy dealing with people..
