Client Services Manager

Location: Birmingham City Centre Manager

Would you like to take ownership within your role?

Would you like to be manage and be part of a 5* Reception Team?

Hours: 07.30am - 6pm (Rota Basis)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for an OUTSTANDING role for a Client Services Manager, for our client based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, have a creative edge and who are passionate about delivering an authentic approach to their clients.

The Role

  • Delivering an authentic client service approach
  • Managing a busy reception team
  • Client Relationships
  • Facilities Management
  • Liaising with building managers
  • Responsible for dealing with team absences and disciplinary procedures
  • Working closely with security, maintenance and cleaning operatives
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Supporting internal events
  • Finance and commercial awareness
  • Other adhoc tasks throughout the day

Ideal Candidate

  • Managerial experience is essential
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Commercially aware
  • Innovative
