Client Services Manager

Our client is a well-known provider of Virtual Receptionists with Head Offices based in North West London. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Client Services Manager on a full time permanent basis to join their vibrant and friendly team.

Duties will include:

* Managing a small team of virtual receptionist
* VIP call handling
* Managing a high volume of incoming calls
* First point of contact for complaint handling, investigations and resolutions
* Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes
* On boarding and training new starters
* Dealing with enquiries on behalf of the client
* Providing full PA and switchboards support for VIP clients including message taking and email forwarding
* Preparing reports and communications for senior management and clients

Skills:

* Educated to A Level standard
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of the English Language (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in office based customer service
