Client Services Manager/Account Manager - After Sales
£40,000 - £45,000 a year
Our client, a highly innovative provider of online training information is seeking a highly commercial, strategic, field based Client Services Manager who will work from home but will be seeing clients at least 3 days per week.
You should enjoy being out in the field seeing clients and should enjoy working through metrics with them to ensure that they are getting the best from the service.
Your main focus will be client retention, client referrals, and spotting opportunities for upsell.
This is not a sales role but requires you to spot opportunities to pass on to the business development team so you should have a nose for new opportunities!
This is a hands on role requiring you to collaborate with clients, develop and build relationships and be able to demonstrate how your product can benefit the organisation in the form of face to face. telephone or online presentations.
You should have a background in account management/client services with experience of presenting to senior level stakeholders.
You should be confident, articulate communicator and should be highly organised and be able to crunch data to make sure that the clients can quantify and qualify the benefits of the service.
You must have a car and UK driving licence as clients are nationwide and you will be expected to visit clients on a regular basis both face to face and over the phone/webex.
