Client Services Executive/ Data Administrator (6 month contract)
£15 p/h

The Company
An International business dealing predominantly within asset management, price discovery and data and market intelligence, are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join their commodities price reporting arm of the business, with the primary objective of ensuring that all their clients experience a first class journey.

The Role
* One of the primary responsibilities of this role will be to maintain CRM systems, which will ensure that all customers receive only accurate data, with relevant systems updated on a regular basis.
* You will also be responsible for creating and upkeeping customer data, and the processing of sales orders accurately.
* The confidence to act as a point of contact for any customer wishing to make amendments to their personal data, including the timely production and distribution of customer invoices within the agreed time.
* Ensure the timely allocation of money once payment has been received to the appropriate products, investigating any issues that arise.

* Must have strong attention to detail, including very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Must be able to troubleshoot problems, whilst also dealing comfortably with competing priorities.
* Expert knowledge of Excel, Salesforce and Jira (Salesforce and Jira desirable)
