We are recruiting for several teams, unified in their approach - they each understand the importance of looking after the firm’s advisors, investors and assets.
Client Services Executive
No two days are the same, the work is varied and challenging. Talking to advisors on the telephone or responding to emails, you’ll develop skills in relationship management, training, how to handle enquiries effectively and valuable industry knowledge.
You must be diligent, patient and articulate with either previous experience of working within the financial services industry or a keen interest in personal finance. You’ll have a natural talent for delivering fabulous customer service.
The knowledge and skills acquired by client services executives is much sought after within the organisation creating a fantastic opportunity for personal career development and progression. You’ll also be involved in project work that helps keep the business at the forefront of innovation.

Based in central Bath, a short walk from the bus and train stations, the positions are permanent and fulltime (37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday).
