Following continued growth of this forward thinking company based in Elland, my client is now looking to further expand their operations within their client services department. They are looking to appoint a new Client Services Executive to support corresponding Consultants and New Business Executives in bringing in new business, as well as being responsible for data collection, agreements, and other services to meet the demands of the business.


  • Maintaining and update electronic CRM system by providing full and accurate information on the outcome of phone calls and face to face meetings
  • Handling client queries
  • Creation and management of agreements
  • Dealing with and objection handling for terminations of contracts
  • Booking appointments
  • Prepare for meetings with clients by ensuring prior research on clients’ business activities and familiarity with the content of the proposal to conduct an effective presentation of the services available
  • Review own sales performance to ensure that the company targets are met or exceeded
  • Participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones

The Candidate:

  • No previous experience required (graduate applicants accepted)
  • Bright, switched on and looking to take first step in career
  • Dedicated
  • Attention to detail


£17,000 pa, with huge career progression opportunities as the company grows

Office hours:

  • Monday 8:15-17:00
  • Tuesday to Thursday 8:30-17:00
  • Friday 08:30-16:00
