Key Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple accounts across the vertical
  • Building relationships with new customers
  • Regularly contact new customers
  • Delegate all inbound enquiries
  • Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • To provide informative knowledge of the product to ensure they are maximising the potential of their package
  • Assist the management team when required

Requirements

  • Customer services or phone based experience mandatory
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Salesforce beneficial
  • Great business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task and work under-pressure
  • Be proactive and show initiative
  • Advanced Word and Excel
