Job description

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will be working within a small team, and will have the opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of the business. You will be managing the onboarding process, helping guests to find their perfect holiday lets and supporting homeowners, as well as managing a number of different projects. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident and highly personable, as you will need to speak to various guests and homeowners and offer exceptional guidance and support.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the onboarding process for home owners
  • Maintaining current properties by making key information updates to pages in a timely manner
  • Supporting home owners in questions and explaining various processes
  • Reviewing current team and website processes and drawing observations on how to make improvements
  • Receiving and interpreting various documents to enter into our CRM
  • Conducting and managing various projects including crucial updates to the website information
  • Researching and writing content including villa descriptions and locations

  • Native-level English - both written and spoken
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • The ability to assess priorities and meet targets and deadlines

  • Previous data entry and experience with Salesforce is a bonus
  • A passion for travel is a must!
