Client Services Executive, London, £25k
We are looking for a Client Services Executive to join a corporate events company based in London.
The employee is responsible for building and maintaining a fluid and regular relationship with exhibitors and assisting them in preparing their attendance to the shows (accreditation, contracts, accommodation booking, service offer and client support)
Supporting clients on administrative aspects, identifying and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
Providing clients with information regarding their queries (sending clients lists regularly, booking rooms etc..)
Planning meetings with clients before and during the event to better anticipate and meet their needs.
Managing accommodation bookings using the dedicated system and other tools, monitoring allocation of rooms according to criteria (available quota, budget and customer history)
Creating client’s listings to edit clients guides.
Excellent communication skills

IT Skills- Office pack, Powerpoint, Excel.
