Lloyd Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, an international organisation based in Sutton town centre, with recruitment for a Client Services Coordinator.

This is a busy role, involving:

  • Being the first point of contact for business customers and suppliers
  • Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Receiving and processing orders via telephone and email
  • Preparing quotes
  • Handling queries relating to orders
  • Providing support to Account Managers
  • Investigating and resolving queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of dealing with business customers and/or suppliers
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Articulate with a professional telephone manner
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
