Our client, a successful and growing organisation in North Bristol, work in a very niche market. They have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join their busy and expanding team, as a Client Services Coordinator. As a Client Service Coordinator you will act as the first point of contact for all of the organisations clients.

-Active management of the Client Services Director schedule
-General organisational and administrative support to the team. I.E - Minute taking, travel arrangements of meetings (small part of role)
-Administration of the membership management database, updating member records, handling applications generating renewals etc.
-Manipulation of data in preparation for the renewal
-Producing membership and financial reports for internal and external purposes
-Handling all association management, membership and general enquires received by telephone, email and post
-Managing and administering the processing and payments of grants.
-Excellent understanding of Microsoft systems and database software packages
-Experience of working in a busy off environment
-Strong customer service skills
-Planning and delivery skills
-High level of attention to detail
-Ability to remain calm under pressure.
