Great opportunity to join my client in their Hendon office in a Client Services Administration role.

The main responsibilities include providing support, functional oversight and continuity between clients and their network of health professionals; acting as the main point of contact and liaison to ensure that the client receives professional and excellent service at all times. Responding in a timely fashion to all queries and able to prioritise effectively, this role is the key point of contact for all operations

Working in a small and busy team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration

    • Accepting and acknowledging referrals from clients
    • Arranging appointments with in-house health professionals
    • Liasing with employees referred and confirming appointments
    • Liaising with clients (HR and Managers), responding to queries and providing the highest levels of customer service
    • Liaison with employees, senior management and HR and health professionals
    • Ensuring the highest quality in terms of customer service to clients
    • Ensuring Service Levels are adhered to
    • Overseeing GP/Specialist report requests and chasing these accordingly and making notes on systems when chased
    • Data input into systems - ensure it is always up to date and accurate
    • Report to OH Admin Team Manager re referral issues, problems, etc


    • Updating databases with up to date information
    • Making appropriate filing systems, collecting CVs etc
    • Working with doctors and client services manager to quality assure and monitor network OHPs
    • Helping to locate the best network OHPs for referrals
    • Negotiating with network doctors to ensure best price
    • Improving processes and procedures for each client (eg client hand books)
    • Adhering to processes and procedures
    • Logging GP/Specialist report requests
    • Developing any other relevant admin procedures


  • Experience in a healthcare environment
