Client Services Co-Ordinators

The Role

Due to the expansion of our client services provision we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our amazing team supporting the Client Services function. This is a fantastic opportunity to draw on and develop your excellent customer service, administration and time management skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment meaning the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines under pressure is essential. The right candidates will have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work and will be passionate about building relationships and supporting people during times of difficulty. They will be an instrumental part of our close-knit team, all of whom are committed to ensuring the service we deliver truly makes a difference.

Role Responsibility

The role is about communication. The Client Services Co-ordinators at Novo are vital to our organisation, acting as a first point of contact for our clients who approach us regarding our counselling and mediation services. Your sensitive approach and excellent communication skills will be imperative as you will be required to build instant trust and rapport with our clients and a large part of your day will be spent undertaking telephone assessments and responding to emails with the aim of matching clients to therapists. To support this expectation, ideally you will have experience gained in a listening role, perhaps you have worked within social care or a helping profession and therefore you will have an understanding for the need for confidentiality and discretion and you will be able to work within the ethical framework of the organisation. The day can be demanding, so the ability to be able to cope with pressure and remain calm when speaking to clients who may be distressed would be advantageous. Training on our systems and processes will be provided but you will have the scope to confidently pick up and run with the role from the outset, making your mark and further developing and personalising the service as you progress.

Hours of Work

We are looking for two people to cover this role over 7 days a week and are willing to be flexible for the right candidates. Specifically, the hours are 9:30-6:30pm on weekdays and cover for Saturdays and Sundays will be required from 9am-5pm. Salary will be £17,000 pro-rata.
