Client Services Assistant
On a daily basis you will be responsible for looking after a number of clients who will be solely allocated to you and you will therefore be acting as their sole point of contact.
You will need to:-
Make sure your clients pay on time
Complete annual reviews
Have the ability to analyse an income and expenditure report
Logging and incoming post relating to your client and adding it to the system
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and have at least 1 years customer service experience.
If you have previously worked for a Debt Management company then this would be beneficial. In relation to IT skills, you will be confident Excel user and be able to "fix" formulas that may be incorrect additionally the systems that would be beneficial to have experience in would be Case Master and Sage Pay. Personality wise you would need to be outgoing and not find discussing money or asking for payments awkward.
You will be required to work a rota'd shift pattern that will consist of the following shifts:- 0900-1730 or 1130-2000 Monday to Thursday and 0900- 1700 on a Friday. You will be asked to work every 3rd Saturday 0900-1300 but you will not be required to work the Friday afternoon post this.

Your starting salary will be £19,000 but this will rise to £20,000 after successfully completing your probation.
There is a bonus scheme in place that is based on KPI's (NO SELLING INVOLVED) where you can earn £100-£200 per month
