Client Services Assistant Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Assistant Manager to join the Client Services Team of an Investment Management firm based in Central London. This role is offered on a permanent basis. Our client is a pioneer in specialised financial services and can offer the successful candidate a salary of £38,000 per annum

Previous experience in financial/wealth planning admin or some experience gained within an IFA or asset management company is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Director of Operations and Department Manager in leading the client services team and to manage the administration of investors and advisers.
  • Leading a team of three to achieve excellent customer service
  • Managing ongoing project work
  • Processing client applications
  • Fund administration tasks
  • Liaising with external stakeholders

You will have:

  • Team management experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A clear understanding of customer focus and strong communication skills
  • A pro-active, and flexible approach to problem solving
  • Good attention to detail; good at prioritising tasks and delivering to required deadlines
  • Full training will be provided
