APPRENTICESHIP COURSE: Business Administrator Level 3

The Client Services department is essential part in making sure each and every clients needs are met. The main purpose of the role is to assist the client relations department promptly and efficiently.
- To complete a new prospect audit into a branded proposal
- To load client new orders and quotes
- Confirm new client details
- Confirm with new client the successful delivery process
- Supporting new clients with long term business
- Support with client relations
