Client Services Administrator - VOLT INTERNATIONAL
£18,000.00 - £20,000.00p/a. Full Time.
Volt International are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our growing team in Redhill, Surrey.

Our Team are growing. As we continue efforts to provide an excellent service to both clients, contractors and internal stakeholders, this position will be pivotal to ensuring smooth running of the department.
You would be joining our Client Service & Operations team, which partners the Staffing Division across all Volt’s European operations. The team has responsibility for Data Administration, Reporting, Contractor care and 360° management of referred contractors (Bookings & Other) as well as raising contracts for both clients and contractors.
Your Responsibilities Include (not limited to) -
- Proactively ensure that all company administration standards are met and where possible exceeded, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of any issues that may arise.
-Investigate and respond to queries from Staffing Consultants and Finance, and to resolve or escalate to the appropriate person as necessary
-To build relationships with on-site clients and conduct on-site visits
-Manage all the administration required for Volt to comply with the Agency Worker Legislation & Agency Conduct Legislation
-Generate new contracts and documents as quickly as possible.
-Correct information in bookings prior to generating contracts. Correct bookings, including spelling, address, altering wording and grammar in special provisions, notice periods, adding standard wording to contractors working at specific clients
-Offer suggestions to improve the efficiency of the service and processes

-Ability to multi-task and work at pace
-Previous administration experience (desirable, not essential)
-Customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
-Good command of English language especially with regard to spelling and grammar
-Willingness to learn and work with Volt’s systems and procedures, to maximise efficiency and knowledge of the job.
