We are working with an award-winning and modern, specialist Property Law firm in Guildford. This law firm are a commercially-minded and entrepreneurial business that have a long track record of building quality relationships with their clients and referrers.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Administrator to join the team. This role will offer you the chance to take on a mixture of administration and customer service duties within the firm’s busy Guildford office.

You will be the first point of contact for all new clients, so being able to give an excellent first impression is vital. You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team that works closely with the Lawyers and Legal Assistants.

There are fantastic routes to progress within the position and plenty of training and support given to enable you to reach your goals.

What Do I Need To Apply?

You will have a warm and friendly disposition

Ability to keep calm under pressure

Experience and training in a customer facing role will prove to be an advantage

Confident with IT systems
