Client Services Associate to be based in the businesses Christchurch office.

As a Client Services Associate you will be working alongside the other 3 administrators to provide pre and post sales administration to advisers and ensuring all client documentation is compliant and upto date.

This is a full time position, 35 hours per week, paying a salary circa £22,500+

The ideal candidate will have previously been in a similar role in a IFA Practice or Provider and have upto date industry knowledge with a passion for a career in Financial Services.

The Role...
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Pre and post sales administration
- New business applications
- Prepare and carry out valuations
- Ensure adviser diaries are managed and upto date
- Point of contact for client, adviser or provider queries
- Deal with commission queries
- Compile client packs
- Fact Finds

Desirable Skills...
- Experience using Adviser Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use of initiative
- Organised with excellent time management
