An international Private Health care (Occupational Health) company with offices based in North West London are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their client services team at an exciting time of growth and expansion.

Duties of this role will include:

Administrative support to the Occupational health team
Review recall spreadsheets to establish employees requiring appointments for specific clinic dates
*Liaise with clients employees to book them into clinics and send reminders etc
*Ensure optimal attendance at clinics and liaise with line managers where necessary
*Respond to employee queries
*Manage clinic schedules
*Prepare clinic paperwork and work closely with clinical team
*Monitor and chase up receipt of forms and questionnaires
*Send reports out to employees and managers
*Monitor emails for and update the system and spreadsheets in regards to Starters/Leavers
*Liaison with the clients, employees, senior management and HR

Candidate profile:

*Previous Administrative experience
*Educated to at least A-Level (Degree preferred)
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent IT skills
