Client Service Manager -Investment Platform

Our client is the leading independent investment wrap platform in the UK.

The service includes an online platform, owned and built by them and dedicated regional adviser support.

They bring assets and investments together in a smarter, more tax efficient way.

These are held within various financial wrappers including ISAs, SIPPs, Personal Pensions and Investment Bonds.

They have a high level of commitment to their staff. investing heavily in your training and development with a comprehensive training programme along with support in your day to day role.

They also sponsor you to complete relevant financial professional qualifications.

The Role

The service they provide to their customers, who are financial advisers, is at the forefront of everything they do.

Your responsibilities when you join as a Client Service Manager will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with Financial Advisers through understanding their requirements.

• Providing support to Financial Advisers and their staff in order to develop their understanding of the platform.

• Handling all queries received by phone, email or letter.

• Processing requests to agreed service levels.

• Prioritising and managing your own workload throughout the day.

• Quality checking your own work and the work of your colleagues.

You will be fundamental to the success of their business.

You will be assisting customers with a wide variety of queries, providing guidance and support and most importantly, building rapport to encourage and cultivate ongoing relationships with the financial adviser firms that they work with.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and who has a real passion for the financial services industry and for providing a high quality service.

You will have strong communication skills and previous experience within a corporate customer service role from within the financial services industry.

You will also be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, have a meticulous nature and close attention to detail and the desire to "get it right first time", along with an understanding of some of the key financial products and wrappers that they work with.

£29,300 + Discretionary 20% Bonus + Benefits.
