One of the UK's leading commercial insurance broking houses is looking to appoint an experience broking leader to its Leeds office, taking overall responsibility for the client service element of the regional team and driving excellence.
·Our client is one of the UK's largest commercial insurance broking firms, the business is regarded as progressive and respected for its entrepreneurial leadership.
·Consistent growth has seen the North East book grow and has created this opportunity for an experience relationship manager to work on retention of an established client portfolio.

·You will take on a stable, established commercial client base, tasked with managing the relationship with the relevant stakeholders to build trust, understanding and rapport to ultimately secure ongoing business.
·The role doesn't have a new business target, which allows you to focus on client service - building and delivering winning solutions.
·The business provides you with all the tools of the trade including company car, laptop, market leading software, internal support from award winning claims and broking clients and a robust insurer panel.
·You will be service driven Account Executive with a strong reputation in the North East commercial insurance market, seeking a new challenge with a progressive business.
·You will demonstrate strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of servicing complex accounts in a competitive market.
·ACII qualification (or above) is preferred but not essential.
