Are you able to communicate product information clearly and set customer expectations? Do you possess excellent telephone skills including call control and build rapport with customers quickly and effectively? Do you have a keen eye for detail? As a valuable member of our client services team your primary focus will be helping our existing customers. To do so you will:

  • Identify exact needs and be able to translate complex customer requirements into an accurate production brief, as well as review new instructions to ensure accurate delivery of requirements ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines, take personal responsibility for resolving issues and customer complaints ensuring appropriate follow up and effective delivery.
  • A significant aspect of the role will involve discussing needs and services with customers; securing potential up sell opportunities for sales; expanding relationships within customer organisations and using your customer knowledge to identify development opportunities.
  • Have the ability to manage your own portfolio of clients

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of supporting customer requirements in a fast paced business to business environment and a very good attention to detail.

Please note that the standard working hours for this role will be 37.5 hours/week Monday to Friday on a rota basis between the hours of 7AM and 6:30PM.
