6 MONTH CONTRACT

Client Services Executive Duties:

  • Work as part of a close knit team ensuring work is delivered efficiently, productively and proactively.

  • Conform to all company procedures and work towards tight deadlines.

  • Provide initiatives for improvements to systems and procedures.

  • Liaise with various departments, colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner.

  • Analyse processes and provide new initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Research and identify new products on the market; liaising with the Project Directors.

  • Attend and actively participate in meetings as and when required.

  • Understand and continually update own knowledge of products and services and commercial strategies.

  • Attend supplier presentations and training courses to enhance product knowledge.

  • Take on additional responsibilities where required.

    Personal Experience to undertake the position of Client Service Executive:

  • Proven experience of providing a high level of customer service within a fast paced and pressurised environment.

  • Database management skills.

  • Ability to produce reports.

  • Demonstrable experience of managing and interrogating large volumes of complex data.

  • Previous Client Services Experience.

  • Intermediate or advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Formal line management skills and experience in creating websites would be advantageous but not essential.
