We here at Witton Recruitment are working alongside a well-established family business based in the heart of Cirencester working within a successful Service and Maintenance team providing updates with clients and customers and engineers, ensuring smooth running of maintenance visits and more. This is a role full of progression and the keen to learn will go far.

The Client Service Co-ordinator role will include:

- Manage the workload

- Ensure preventative maintenance visits are completed on time and in budget

- Ensure jobs are logged off and invoiced on a daily basis with repeat actions booked

- Efficient booking of services via telephone / email

- Check database fields are complete and up to date when liaising with clients i.e. email address

- Manage remote servicing

- Analyse service reports

- Client Support - Data changes & resets

- Highlight inefficient service costs

- Prompt and collect due payment

- Be mindful of good customer service levels, always asking if there is anything else the client can be helped with

- Direct debit awareness

The ideal candidate will:

- Strong Leadership Skills

- Previous customer service / client service background

- Articulate

- Ability to multitask including talking and typing

- Polite & Courteous

- Thorough and Well Organized

- Dynamic, Responsive and Enthusiastic
