We recruiting for a leading Investment Management organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and progressive career opportunities.
Due to an increase in business activity, they are now seeking a number of Client Service Associates. Opportunities exist on both fixed-term and permanent contracts.
This division plays a large part in first line customer care, where the teams respond proactively to resolving incoming queries from both Independent Financial Advisers and direct customers. You will be fully responsible for responding to all level of incoming enquiries predominantly around investment funds. This can include resolving queries, providing updates on accounts and products, as well as problem solving and providing additional information on other products, funds and services offered etc.
As someone who is ambitious and motivated, you will already possess experience in providing an outstanding customer service, gained within a corporate phone-based environment / call centre, or within customer services within the financial services sector, for example Pensions, Retail Banking, Insurance or Investments etc.
Additionally, it is also essential that you are someone who is able to manage their time in a productive manner, coupled with the ability to learn in a quick and efficient way.
