This global leading employer is now seeking additional Client Services Associate for their offices based in the Isle of Wight. These positions are offered on initial 6-month fixed term contracts and offer full ongoing training and development and is an area that prides itself on service excellence.
These positions are based within Transaction Resolutions, which is a team that is responsible for providing support and information to intermediaries and clients. As one of the Associates, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of the customer via the phone, electronically or in writing. This can include:
- Quickly and efficiently review, and where possible resolve and unclear instructions received from customers/clients or advisers.
- Review the customer/client instruction(s) and undertake initial investigations to see if this can be resolved internally through use of existing information, or using more detailed processes/procedural knowledge and experience.
- Ensure regulatory (including HMRC, Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering etc.) procedures are adhered to
- Ensuring that all interactions are handled in a timely manner and with a quality of response that fully meets or exceeds the customers’ expectations.
Possessing excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to prioritise, it is essential that you have proven interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a environment that works to tight deadlines
