We recruiting for a leading Investment Management organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and progressive career opportunities.
Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their teams are seeking an additional Client Services Associate to join their Wealth team, based within their Surrey based offices.
This division plays a large part in first line customer care, where the team respond proactively to resolving and dealing with all levels in enquires from their high net worth customers and Independent Financial Advisers. With ongoing training, you will be fully responsible for handling all level of incoming enquiries and written correspondence, predominantly around investment funds. Information you may be dealing with can include providing updates on accounts and products and online based information, as well as problem solving and providing additional information on other products, funds and services offered etc. Additionally, you may also be further responsible for investigating and resolving complaints.
Whether you have recently graduated, left college/school or are already working, these roles have specifically been created in order to offer ongoing training and long-term career development, where you will be provided with all the tools and information to learn and progress within either this specific division and/or the wider business, including more bespoke/specialist areas.
In order to be considered, it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and willing to learn, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the proven ability in being able to listen, understand and communicate at all levels.
