We recruiting for a leading Investment Management organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and progressive career opportunities.
Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their teams are seeking an additional Associate to join their Financial Advisor Panel team, based within their Surrey based offices.
This division plays a large part in first line customer care, where the team provide the best possible service to the Panel group of Financial Advisers through taking their calls and providing resolution or ownership and the escalation of their queries.
This is a role where (with training), you will retain an up to date and extremely high level of technical, product and procedural competence, which can be applied in a practical manner in the calls that you take and the solutions you find for the customers.
As someone with excellent customer services experience and a passion for learning, it is essential that you possess proven organisational and communication skills, coupled with ambition, motivation and the willingness to learn and develop over the long-term.
