We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service and administration skills, to join this friendly and supportive team. A passion for cars is a prerequisite and the role is primarily telephone based, offering customers a first class service. This is a permanent, full time role based just outside Towcester offering a salary of up to £23,000.

Key Accountabilities for Client Service Advisor - Classic Cars:
·Advising customers for their requirements
·Speaking with customers on the phone and face to face
·Providing tailored customer service
·Maintaining records to ensure compliance
·Providing support at shows and events
Skills/experience required for the Client Service Advisor - Classic Cars:
·Exceptional sales and customer service skills
·Engaging telephone manner
·Solid administration experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Exemplary people skills
·Strong problem solving skills
·Motivated to achieve with a keen interest in your own self development
·Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
·Adept at conflict resolution
·Own transport essential due to rural location
Opportunity: what's in it for you?
A salary of up between £18,000 and £23,000 DOE, office hours of 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday in four 9.00 am - 1.00 pm 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), contributory pension, private health care, training and development, progression opportunities, social activities (including an annual weekend away!) free onsite parking and much more!
