This Client Service Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with a co-ordinator, manging administration, recording and preparation of reports and documents

  • Ensuring smooth running of projects

  • Engaging with internal and external clients and members

  • Formatting and amending any documents

  • Providing excel reports and presentations through MS Powerpoint

Our client is looking for a candidate with the following background:

  • Previous administration background or project management

  • A strong eye for detail

  • Confident communicator

  • Methodical and keen to learn

  • Have a minimum of GSCE English at grade B or above or equivalent

  • Be IT Literate across Microsoft Office including Excel.
