Client Relationship Manager - Digital/Data/Tech recruitment sector
Basic £40k - 65k plus excellent benefits package
An innovative and fast-growing consultancy with a great reputation in the digital/tech/data sector has an immediate need for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage growth and demand from within their client base.
The position involves being on the road on a daily basis with regular travel between London and the South West getting in front of senior stakeholders within new and existing clients in digital/tech/data markets. The company has a strong track record of supplying perm and contract staffing solutions into these clients and is developing the offering through the introduction of new and innovative ways to attract the best talent.
Your role will involve regular client facing activity across the south of England, so you should be a well organised, proactive recruiter who enjoys building rapport and being the face of the business. You will ensure the service levels are maintained and that the client is happy by efficiently managing any areas of conflict, as well as taking briefs and updating the recruitment teams of any new requirements.
You need to have a proven record of client management in volume situations having worked on large clients with volume recruitment campaigns. This role will not suit a recruiter who fancies being on site, it needs to be someone who has done it before and has the expertise to advise clients on what to do and what not to do.
You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to the role and need to be happy working in London on a weekly/overnight basis.
A generous basic of £40k - 65k is on offer with potential bonus and excellent benefits package.
