Client Relationship Manager
Location: Wilmslow
Salary: £21,000 + £6,000 annual bonus

We are looking for a superstar with a keen interest in building long lasting client relationships to join our customer experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and support the growth of opportunities within territory and collaborate with colleagues to ensure growth/retention attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Consistently deliver plus 1% to enhance client experience and subsequent NPS ratings


The Person

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to identify, interpret and successfully resolve instances of conflict
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
