Our client is a legal practice specialist, that has been successfully growing for almost 5 years now and are expanding with several practices and expansions plans to open more.
As a result of their continued success Kiwi is delighted to be recruiting this for this brand new exciting role.
Your new role
This is a brand-new position within the company, we are looking for somebody to take all initial enquires via the phone, email and social media, and to contact all of these enquiries and talk about the service the company can offer. You will be responsible for the onboarding of these clients, ensuring the enquires are followed up and you support them through the journey, each step of the way.
On top of this you will be responsible for marketing via social media, so you will need to be familiar with all social media platforms, and the ability to offer some creative input.
You will also be involved in arranging client events, around the UK so you will be responsible for finding venues and invitations and the process.
What you'll need to succeed
A solid background within a Customer Service role, you will have excellent communication skills, relationship building, and interpersonal skills, and be able to deal with all nature of enquires. Experience in all social medial platforms so that you can market the company through these and deal with enquiries. Competency with Excel, Word and Outlook, administrative experience. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Snap Chat. Experience in arranging events
What you'll get in return
A basic salary of £24,000- £27,000 depending on your experience.
