An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join a FMCG marketing consultancy.
This role is working directly with a national FMCG client to help create, strategise and then deliver marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and managing the budgets and working closely with your team to manage projects from start to finish. The role is based at the client’s office in London for 2 days at the start of the week, and at the Bristol HQ for 3 days towards the end of the week.
The responsibilities for this role will be to;
Design and implement strategic and operational plans for a key national account
Cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with the client
Create and manage the operational budget and timescales
Be involved directly with generating creative input for marketing campaigns
Communicate the plan to the operations team and work closely with them to seek out and maximise opportunities.
Liaise with your internal team to generate reports, evaluate campaigns, oversee visual merchandising plans and have awareness of on the ground information for the life of the promotional activity
Set and manage your team to deliver SLA’s
Have awareness of the market competition to deliver accurate reports and client feedback
The right candidate for this role will;
- Have strong proven account management experience
- Preferably have previously worked for a marketing agency.
- CIM qualifications beneficial but not essential
- Experience managing the relationship with a large brand - FMCG if possible
