Client Relationship Manager / Senior Client Relationship Manager

Location: London based with travel

If you’re the sort of ?person who enjoys building relationships, likes to set personal goals/targets, gets a buzz when you’ve achieved them and then set new ones - this could be a great place for you.?

In your role, you’ll be given a mixture of new and existing customers and stakeholders for you to build strategic relationships with to understand their needs/requirements and to develop world class learning solutions for their most important people - their employees.

We are looking for someone with a passion for the learning industry, who can spot a opportunity and deliver value add whilst building relationships and not be overwhelmed with the seniority of some of our contacts. To support you with getting to grips with nearly 1200?courses on offer, you will be given product training, have a 'playbook’ to help you with you with your calls (so don’t feel overwhelmed by the amount options available) as well as go through our sales academy where you will learn the QA approach to working with our clients.

You’ll receive a base salary but be able to earn more through commission when you achieve your targets and have a clear career progression path that has been created so you can see how to develop.?
