We’re now looking for Client Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to help us reach ambitious monthly revenue targets as our client base grows in 2018.
As a Client Relationship Manager / Sales Executive, you will be tasked with creating sales of our ATS, Fusion Plus, and forging opportunities for our recruitment advertising solutions.
You will create a high-volume, high value pipeline of business, develop profitable relationships with your account base and drive our growth.
The portfolio of solutions Webrecruit has created encompasses the wide array of challenges facing our clients. You’ll need to be creative in your development of sales proposals that meet the complex issues clients face and will be comfortable communicating them directly to senior decision makers.
To join our passionate and dedicated team, you will need:
- Recruitment agency experience OR experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts OR recruitment/HR technology sales experience
- Advanced communication skills coupled with influencing abilities
- A driven, target-focused approach
- Up to £30,000 basic DOE
- A high value commission scheme (OTE up to £70,000)
- 23 days’ holiday (increasing with service to 25)

You’ll be joining a passionate, competitive team within a lively, open-plan office and will be challenged to achieve volume-based targets. There’s support, mentoring and a dedicated Account Management team to enable your work as you smash your call times and close deals.
There no need to power-dress, your monthly revenue will speak for itself, so there’s a permanent dress-down policy in place and, when quarterly targets are hit, there’ s a fully-funded night out to celebrate.
