This is an amazing account management opportunity that's a combination of account management, customer service, training and project management for the leading provider of software to the University and tertiary education sector.
This is a highly varied role where you will be regularly visiting clients to ensure that they are utilising all the features of the products and understanding their future needs so that the information can be passed to the sales team. It does not require any previous experience within software but does require an exceptional relationship builder!
